- The carbon intensity was substantially reduced by 61.86% in 2023, as compared to 2008.
- A contract for 5 15,500 TEU LNG dual-fuel container ships has been signed, and the new ships are expected to be delivered in 2026.
- Water-based paints for container coating have been used to make new containers, reducing a total of 1,338 tons of of Volatile Organic Compounds (VOCs).
- 95.74% of ships have attained a CII rating of C or above, with an increase of 5.42% compared to last year.
- 129,000 kWh of renewable energy and 129 renewable energy certificates were purchased and used, reducing 63.8550 tons of CO2e.
- Digitalization has been promoted to cut paper use, reducing about 4.4580 tons of CO2e.
- 26 port cleanup activities and 12 domestic and overseas beach cleanup activities were organized, and a total of 581 people participated in the beach cleanup activities. The total amount of trash cleaned in the beach and port cleanup activities was 1.3968 tons.
- We teamed up with the National Museum of Marine Science & Technology on the Coral Restoration Project where 2 breeding tanks were built to cultivate 1,016 coral seedlings.

- Female onshore employees increased by 0.66%, female supervisors by 4.44%, and overall employee turnover decreased by 2.74% compared to last year.
- We cooperated with three maritime universities to hire 36 interns in navigation and marine engineering and offered post-baccalaureate scholarships and subsidies under the Rising Stars For Seafarers Cultivate Program to 122 students.
- The company provides better frequency of health checkup that superior to OH&S law’s requirement.
- The YM Oceanic Culture & Art Museum organized activities with 90,215 participants and released 4 publications.
- We held 50 industry lectures and job fairs, recruiting 200 seafarers.
- 97 competency training course sessions were held for officers and ratings.
- A program was launched to sponsor excellent athletes. In 2023, we sponsored a total of 42 athelets, covering 10 competitive sports categories.

- In terms of holding an investor conference every quarter and publishing major information in English in real-time, the achievement rate was 100%. The annual general meeting was held in a physical manner, with video conferencing as an option for participants.
- The Dow Jones Sustainability Index (DJSI) questionnaire score increased by 65% compared to 2022.
- We held our first supplier exchange conference, with colleagues from the Company's procurement-related department and 41 Tier 1 suppliers participating in the conference, totaling more than 100 people.
- Zero containers lost at sea or collapsing and zero special cargo safety control errors.
- The digital billing rate of global shipowners reached 98.44%, up 2.81% compared to last year, reducing carbon emissions by 9.86%.
- 43.59% of attachments to vouchers payable have been paperless.
- Receipt and creation of official documents are fully electronic.
